When you create an account on bolalion, you agree to our terms of use. These terms govern how we operate as a platform, how you deposit and withdraw funds, what happens if disputes arise, and the legal boundaries within which our service exists. We've written them in plain language so you understand what bolalion commits to and what we expect from you.

Our service is available only in jurisdictions where local law permits. If you're accessing bolalion from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or anywhere else in supported regions, your account use must comply with your local laws. Account Terms and Verification

Bonus terms and conditions

We respond to verified account holders within 24–48 hours on weekdays. If we cannot resolve the dispute, we may escalate it to our compliance officer for final review. We do not accept arbitration requests outside this process.

bolalion is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. We're also not liable for payment failures or delays caused by payment providers, banks, or internet outages. Our maximum liability for any single claim is the amount of your account balance at the time of the dispute. This limitation applies to all disputes regardless of cause.

Jurisdiction and governing law

bolalion operates under the laws of the jurisdictions in which our services are lawfully available. Access to bolalion is geographically restricted—if you access from an unsupported jurisdiction, your account may be suspended or closed. We do not offer services where local law prohibits online gaming, sportsbook activity, or our specific game types.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where bolalion operates. Any legal action must be filed in courts within that jurisdiction. You agree not to pursue claims in any other forum, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective 7 days after publication on this page. Continued use of bolalion after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, stop using bolalion and contact our support team to request account closure and fund withdrawal.
